 Classes of 1967-1971 NHS Reunion Registration Form:

 

It's very easy!  Just complete the registration form below and mail us a check.  If you have logged on to our website at www.nyssahighreunion.com and have already registered/completed your profile, then this on-line form will automatically enter your on-file information. Otherwise, you'll have to type in the information.  Please refer to the Schedule and Events on the home page for a detailed outline of all reunion activities.  Some require pre-payment while others are payable at the time, date, and location of the event. This information is important for ordering food and space reservations.

 

Complete this form by clicking the appropriate event box with the number of attendees (including the name of your spouse or date, where applicable).  Most are self-explanatory however: "the # of parties attending" simply means how many people are attending, not how many events/parties one is attending.  As soon as this amount is clicked, it prompts the names of those attending. 

 

When finished and entered on the website, simply print out 2 copies of the form: one for yourself and one to be mailed along with your check, to your class treasurer listed below.  Checks should be made payable to: Nyssa High Reunion.  Deadline is June 30, 2009, but do it today!  While your registration form entered on our website is important, your check received by your class treasurer is your actual registration!

 

The last item listed is a one-time reunion registration charge of $6. per person, whether one attends just one or all activities. While a number of costs have been already been underwritten by committee members, this fee covers many overhead-related costs such as printing and postage, microphone and speakers, event table and chair rental, linens, event liability insurance, audio-visual screen and projectors, signage, website, decorations, and complimentary faculty/teacher meals--and more.  Thanks for your help!
